Diferencia entre SEE, LOOK y WATCH

See

I saw him)…simplemente pasó…estaba ahí.

Look

Cuando usas “LOOK”, tienes la intención de “ver algo”: «This morning I looked at the newspaper«= Tenía la intención.

Watch

Con “WATCH”, tenemos la intención de mirar “LOOK”, pero además lo hacemos con intensidad, generalmente porque lo que miramos está en movimiento: «I watched the movie«= Quieres ver la película, la miras con interés, por tanto, como está en movimiento: “You are watching it”.

Picture

see look

NOTA importante:

Sin embargo «we watch the television».

-Have you seen Steven Spielberg’s new film?

-Not yet. I’m gonna go and see it while it’s in the cinema. (I’m gonna go and watch it while it’s in the cinema).
